JEFFREY E. MARION, graduated from SUNY College at Geneseo in 1991, and earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1994. Jeff has been admitted to practice law in New York since March 1995.

Jeff started out as a sole practitioner, but joined Shaw & Shaw, P.C. in Hamburg, New York in 1997. While there, he handled civil, criminal, matrimonial and real estate matters. He left in 2003 to start this firm.

Jeff focuses his practice on representing the injured and disabled. He has represented claimants before the Social Security Administration since 1999, and has built a successful practice in that area. Jeff also represents those injured as a result of an unsafe product, as well as those injured in motor vehicle crashes.

Jeff has been a past chair of the Erie County Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee, where he co-chaired the Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Program. He is also active in the American Association for Justice, where he is a member of the Small Firm and Sole Practitioner, Product Liability, and Social Security Sections. He has given lectures at the AAJ’s Winter Conventions in 2008 and 2009, and has published several articles in section newsletters.

Jeff is a strong advocate for the disabled, and serves on the Town of Amherst Committee on  Disabilites.
